4. Personalization and Engraving
Custom engraving or personalization requests are completed exactly as submitted by the customer.
Please double-check spelling and punctuation before submitting.
We are not responsible for customer errors in custom messages.
Engraving requests must comply with character limits and may be modified if they exceed available space.
5. Payment and Billing
We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, Stripe, and other supported methods.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases made through our store.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders within the United States unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping carrier.
Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, Joel’s Bowls is not responsible for delays or damages in transit.

Our handmade products are crafted with care and inspected before shipping.
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
Custom-engraved or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
